Connect Google Calendar to schedule calls from Nod
Schedule calls from a lead or client record with a Google Meet link, so clients can see them in their portal.
Requirements
Each team member needs to connect their own Google calendar.
Steps
- Open Mi perfil → the «Conexiones» tab.
- Select «Conectar Google Calendar».
- Choose the Google account.
- Select «Permitir».
- Open My connections to view your personal connections.
- Connected means this member already has their calendar connected.
What you’ll see when it works
You can schedule calls from a lead or client record with a Google Meet link and show them in the client portal. Nod reads availability to avoid overlapping meetings and only writes events created from Nod.
If something goes wrong
Connecting one member’s calendar does not connect anyone else’s. If authorization does not complete, review the selected account and the «Permitir» step.
