Review plans, usage, and invoices

Distinguish the operations subscription from the Nod AI add-on.

Before you start

You need permission to manage billing or view the relevant usage information.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings → Plans.
  2. Review the base operations plan, billing frequency, and status.
  3. If you use Nod AI, review its add-on separately: it is added to the base subscription and does not replace it.
  4. Open Show full comparison to review plan details.
  5. Check business usage and renewal. Quotas are shared by the team and reset monthly on the signup anniversary, including annual subscriptions.
  6. To update your card, view invoices, or manage billing, use the page’s billing link and review the summary before confirming.
Business settings → Plans: where to find plans within business settings.
Open the Stripe portal: billing management entry point, with card details and invoices excluded.

Subscriptions and usage are separate

Operations is the business’s base plan. Nod AI is an add-on and can have its own subscription; it does not replace base access. Check the product name and billing frequency before reviewing an invoice or requesting a change.

Usage allowances are shared by the business’s team. Annual billing does not make the entire year’s allowance available in one month: check the monthly renewal shown in the platform. Show full comparison explains features, while the billing entry point manages payment. Read the billing system’s summary before confirming a change.

What to expect

You can identify your subscribed products, their status, and shared usage.

Troubleshooting

Language and currency are independent. Always check currency and taxes in the payment summary.

This billing is separate from the Stripe integration you use to charge your customers.
