Nod AI
Read Nod AI Performance
Review the funnel and activity using a consistent filter.
Before you start
You need access to business analytics in Nod AI.
Step by step
- Open Performance.
- Choose a team member or all members, and select the reporting period.
- For a custom range, choose start and end dates and select Apply.
- Review results, the funnel, messages, and activity. Read each metric’s label before making comparisons.
- Open available breakdowns to review daily details.
- When switching funnels, check which stages and rules you are using.
Compare activity and outcomes
Select the member first, then the period. For a custom range, click Apply so the screen uses those dates. Message metrics describe activity; bookings and payments describe different outcomes. Avoid comparing people under different filters.
Review the selected funnel’s stages before comparing rates. A definition change can affect interpretation even when the underlying records are unchanged. To explain a result, open the daily breakdown or cross-check calls and payments. The goal is to understand what happened, not to change contact statuses to produce a preferred number.
What to expect
You can interpret results within a defined period and scope.
Troubleshooting
Missing data is not zero. Check whether activity exists for the selected filter.
A relationship between messages, meetings, and payments does not by itself prove that AI caused a sale.
