Review your calendar and prepare for a call

Find an appointment and its meeting link.

Before you start

You need Calendar access. Calls can come from connected booking tools or customer management.

Step by step

  1. Open Calendar and select the day or week you need.
  2. Find the call and review its time, participant, and provider.
  3. Open the person’s record to review context before the meeting.
  4. Open the meeting link at the appropriate time.
  5. To change an appointment, use the actions available for its provider and confirm the result before notifying the customer.

Check the host and booking source

The calendar brings together calls from connected providers and calls scheduled in Nod. Check a call’s source before changing it: available actions depend on its provider and status. Do not create a second booking to fix one that already exists.

Google Calendar is the host’s personal connection. A teammate’s working connection does not configure your calendar. If the Meet link is missing, check who hosts the call and their connection. For Calendly, Cal.com, or iClosed bookings, compare the date, email, and host with the provider before concluding that the booking failed to sync.

What to expect

You can find the appointment and prepare with the person’s context.

Troubleshooting

Check the time zone if the time looks wrong. Google Calendar and Fathom connect per member; a teammate’s connection is not yours.
