Send automatic event alerts

Send a Slack alert or start an action such as sending an email, adding a tag, or granting program access when something happens in Nod.

Requirements

To use «Avisar en Slack», you need Slack connected and a channel for the alert.

Steps

  1. Open Automatizaciones → «Nueva automatización».
  2. Choose the trigger.
  3. Add the «Avisar en Slack» step.
  4. Choose the channel and write a message using the event fields.
  5. Activate the automation.

  1. Channel determines where the alert will be posted.
  2. Write the message in Message.
  3. Values you can drop in lists the fields available for this event.

Available triggers

Form submitted; contact created; lead moved to another column; payment collected, failed, or refunded; installment overdue; subscription started or canceled; client created; call booked; lesson completed; ticket opened, replied to, or resolved; client inactive in the portal; and a webhook received from an external tool such as Typeform, Tally, Make, or Zapier.

What you’ll see when it works

When the selected event occurs, the automation sends an alert to the configured Slack channel.

If something goes wrong

If the alert does not arrive, review the trigger, the channel, and whether the automation is active. For a private channel, invite Nod first with /invite @Nod.
