Send form alerts to Slack

Get an alert when a lead submits a form and falls within the score range you care about.

Requirements

You need a form and a connected Slack workspace. For a private channel, the Nod app must be invited.

Steps

  1. Open Formularios → the form → the «Avisos» tab → «Añadir aviso».
  2. Enter the alert name, choose a Slack channel, and set the score range: «desde» and, optionally, «hasta». Leave «hasta» empty to include that score and everything above it. Write the message.
  3. Your message can use {name}, {email}, {phone}, {score}, {temperature}, {form}, {link} —which opens the lead’s record in Nod— and {p:clave-de-pregunta} to include a specific answer.
  4. Save with the alert enabled and select «Enviar prueba» to send a sample message to the channel.

  1. Alerts is the alerts tab. Add alert opens the fields for a new alert.
  2. From this score and Up to this score define the range. No ceiling means there is no upper limit.
  3. Slack channel lets you choose the alert channel.
  4. Message contains the message and its variables.

What you’ll see when it works

In the forms list, the card shows the Slack logo and «Aviso a Slack». Each real alert is sent after the response has been saved.

If something goes wrong

The rule displays any error under «Último error». Form responses are still saved if the alert fails.
