Lead capture
Read campaigns and the Meta Ads funnel
Review campaigns, calls, closed deals, and ROAS calculated from collected revenue.
Before you start
Connect your Meta Ads account and confirm its data has arrived.
Step by step
- Open Meta Ads and select the reporting period.
- Find the campaign and review available indicators before opening its details.
- Follow the funnel from clicks and visits through signups, bookings, attendance, and closed sales.
- Check which steps have linked data. A step without measurement does not prove that nobody completed it.
- To cross-check bookings or payments, open Calendar and Revenue using the same period.
Read the funnel one stage at a time
Clicks, visits, registrations, bookings, attendance, and sales are not interchangeable. Each stage needs its own measurement or association. Check what a displayed percentage represents before comparing it with another stage or an Ads Manager figure.
Choose a consistent date range and check a known campaign. If a later stage is missing data, review the forms, calls, or payments that should be associated with it. Missing data does not prove there were no results. The integration reads ads; it does not change spend or publish campaigns from this screen.
Collected-revenue ROAS and business goals
Nod brings together scheduled calls, attended calls, closed customers, and collected revenue by ad and day. Attribution uses utm_content={{ad.id}}; without the ad identifier, the lead arrives but does not count toward ROAS.
What should I do today? shows scale, monitor, or pause recommendations based on the business’s thresholds. It does not duplicate the parent campaign’s recommendation or show paused items. For payments in several currencies, totals use the business’s primary currency and ECB reference rates.
What to expect
You can read the campaign journey without confusing ad metrics with business payments.
Troubleshooting
The integration reads data; it does not change ads, budgets, or Meta settings.
If a funnel stage is missing, review the connection and links between form, contact, call, and sale before interpreting a rate.
