Before you start

Use your affiliate area. Your sales team’s commissions are a separate feature.

Step by step

1. Open the affiliate program with your account.
2. Copy your referral link and use it to share Nod.
3. Review referrals and commissions shown in your dashboard.
4. To receive payouts, select Connect payout account and complete the details requested by Stripe.
5. Return and check the status. If requirements remain, continue onboarding from the same panel.
6. Review the program terms for duration, eligible amounts, validation, and refunds.

Referrals, commission, and payouts

Your link identifies the referral. The dashboard tracks its progress, but a visible referral does not necessarily mean commission is ready for payout. Check its status and the transaction’s applicable terms before treating an amount as paid.

The payout connection requests information needed to receive funds. Complete pending requirements through the dashboard entry point and check the status on return. Operations and Nod AI rules are considered separately when a customer buys both products. For eligibility, duration, and refunds, use the program’s current terms; this help center does not replace that agreement.

What to expect

You have a referral link and can check whether your payout account is ready.

Troubleshooting

A link visit is not the same as an attributed signup, and a pending commission is not a received payout.

Operations and Nod AI have separate rules. Nod AI uses 30%, including managed subaccounts; do not add two commissions to the same item.
