Organize resources in Content Library

Prepare content for your conversations.

Before you start

You need Content Library access. Make sure you have permission to share the files and links.

Step by step

  1. Open Content Library in Nod AI.
  2. Add a resource with a recognizable name.
  3. Complete the content type and information requested by the form.
  4. Save and check the resource before using it in a conversation or automation.
  5. Keep links current and remove outdated materials from the flows that share them.

A resource is not a private instruction

Content Hub holds materials you can use in messages. Documents in My playbook help configure the agent’s knowledge; they do not automatically become prospect attachments. First decide whether a file should teach the agent or be delivered to a person.

Give the resource a recognizable name and check its contents before selecting it in an automation. Also review the accompanying message and button destination. Saving a resource does not send it; delivery depends on the message or rule using it. If it is missing from a selector, check its status and that you are working in the same business.

What to expect

Your team can find resources prepared for their intended use.

Troubleshooting

Private playbook documents provide agent context. They do not automatically become shared Content Library files.
