Nod AI
Add playbook materials
Distinguish private knowledge from shareable resources.
Before you start
You need Nod AI configuration permission. Prepare business documents you are authorized to use.
Step by step
- Open My playbook and its materials library.
- Add scripts, instructions, and documents in the formats supported by the interface.
- Review the imported text and check prices, terms, and sales claims.
- Save the playbook and test affected scenarios again in the simulator.
- Approve the reviewed configuration before using it in real conversations.
Prepare materials that do not conflict
Add materials defining the business’s methodology, criteria, and authorized answers. Review older versions: documents with different prices or terms can create ambiguous instructions. A clear filename helps identify what needs updating.
Playbook documents are private configuration knowledge; they are not resources automatically sent to prospects. Use Content Hub to deliver files. After adding material, check the recognized text and retest the questions it should answer in the simulator. Saving a file does not replace reviewing and approving the updated configuration.
What to expect
The materials are part of the agent’s private configuration.
Troubleshooting
Playbook documents are not published as Content Hub resources or automatically sent to prospects as attachments.
If a document is unsupported or exceeds the displayed limit, adjust its content. Do not assume AI can read every file in your business.
