Test the agent in the simulator

Practice conversations before using them with real Leads.

Before you start

Save the playbook you want to test. Simulations do not send Instagram messages.

Step by step

  1. Open AI Management and the Setter simulator.
  2. Check which playbook revision is loaded. Load the latest changes after editing.
  3. Choose a scenario or type as a Lead.
  4. Test pricing questions, objections, booking, and requests to speak with a person.
  5. Use Correct and teach when a reply needs work. Write the preferred answer and explain the rule.
  6. Review the playbook change, repeat the test, and approve the configuration when appropriate.

How to run a useful test

Test a common question, an objection, an unqualified prospect, and a case that should go to the team. Compare the answer with your playbook’s facts, not just whether it sounds natural. Check that it adds no unapproved promises, prices, or terms.

If you edit the playbook during testing, load the latest changes before repeating the test. Start a new conversation when you need to isolate a case from earlier context. Simulation reviews behavior; it does not message your prospects or prove the Instagram connection is ready. Review AI management before enabling live conversations.

What to expect

You can evaluate and improve behavior without messaging a real contact.

Troubleshooting

A correction does not automatically publish a new configuration. Review approval after teaching an example. Simulations use the applicable Nod AI allowance.
