Connect Instagram to Nod AI
Use your business’s professional account for conversations and content.
Before you start
Each business connects one Instagram account on Launch, Growth, and Scale. A professional account is required.
Step by step
- Open Integrations → Instagram → Configure.
- Select Connect with Instagram and sign in with the correct professional account.
- Review and approve insights, messaging, and comment permissions.
- Return to Nod and check which account is connected.
- Open Nod AI to review Inbox, Creator, and automations. These areas share the connection.
- Before enabling replies, configure and test the playbook and review AI controls.
One shared connection within Nod AI
Connect the business’s professional account and verify the username on return. Creator, Inbox, and automations use that same connection. Available analytics do not prove that messaging and comment permissions were also granted.
Each business supports one connected Instagram account in Launch, Growth, and Scale. Do not try to fix permissions by adding more accounts. Before enabling replies, review the playbook, simulator, and AI management. If the account already works, avoid disconnecting it just to inspect settings: check its status and record the specific error if you need help.
What to expect
The connected account is available to the authorized Nod AI features.
Troubleshooting
If an account is already connected, check which one it is before trying to add another. The limit applies per business, not per member.
Connecting Instagram does not replace agent setup. Replies and automations depend on their permissions and controls.
