Integrations and alerts
An integration is connected but data is missing
Check the source, account, and destination before disconnecting an integration.
Before you start
Identify a specific example: a booking, payment, or message. You need permission to view that information.
Step by step
- Open Integrations → Configure for the provider and review its status without touching the connection switch.
- Verify that the record exists in the correct provider account. Note its date and reference.
- Check the destination in Nod: Calendar for calls, Revenue for payments, or Nod AI for Instagram.
- Compare period, email, product, and host as appropriate. Clear filters that might hide the record.
- Read any available error. For Google Calendar and Fathom, also review the relevant member’s My profile → My connections.
- If it remains missing, contact support with provider, date, reference, and expected behavior, hiding keys and unnecessary private data.
When not to reconnect
Do not disconnect just to discover which account is being used: the panel and personal connections provide that context. Reconnecting changes an operational setting and may require new permissions; identify the cause first.
Provider screens can change. Use Nod’s field and permission names as your reference, and retain the exact error if the provider prevents completion.
What to expect
You can distinguish a wrong account, filter, missing association, or connection error.
Troubleshooting
Connected confirms authorization, not that every provider record has been imported.
Do not record a manual payment or create a duplicate call before checking whether the original is awaiting synchronization.
