Embed a form on your website

Before you start

Publish the form and make sure you can edit the website where it will appear.

Step by step

1. Open the published form’s embed settings.
2. Choose inline for a page section, popup for a click-to-open form, or bubble for a floating launcher.
3. Copy the code provided by Nod into your website’s code block.
4. For a full-page experience, use the public form URL directly.
5. Check desktop and mobile layouts and complete the questions before sharing the website.

Choose a format for the placement

An inline form sits inside a section of your website. A popup opens from its trigger, while a bubble provides a floating entry point. The public URL displays the form without embedding it. You prepare the content in Nod; the embed code determines how it appears on the external website.

Paste the complete code into a block that accepts scripts, not a text paragraph. If it does not appear, check that your website builder allows that code and that the form is still published. Test the published page, not just its editor, and verify the ending or redirect on mobile.

Troubleshooting

If you change the form’s public URL, review existing embeds. Use the builder preview to test without creating contacts.
