Before you start
Work in the form builder and define your qualification criteria first.
Step by step
- Assign points to answer options that should affect the score.
- Set the form’s lead-temperature thresholds to match your criteria.
- In Logic, configure the next question or ending for answers that need a different path.
- Set endings and their minimum scores. The highest threshold the contact qualifies for determines the ending.
- Preview different answer combinations and verify both the score and the final destination.
Separate routing from scoring
Logic determines which question comes next. Scoring gives answers a value and helps select an ending. Different paths can reach the same result, and an answer can add points without changing the next question.
Endings use minimum scores: the highest threshold the person reaches wins. Test values below, exactly at, and above each threshold. If an answer reaches the wrong ending, check the option’s points and the ending’s minimum as well as the routing. Use preview for these checks; you do not need to create test Leads in production.
What to expect
Each tested path leads to the appropriate ending.
Troubleshooting
Changes to points or thresholds affect future submissions. They do not recalculate past answers.
