Add Google Meet to your calls

Use your existing Google Calendar connection.

Before you start

The host must have Google Calendar connected. Meet does not require a separate connection.

Step by step

  1. Open Google Meet in Integrations to review the Google connection.
  2. If it is missing, select Connect with Google and choose the host’s account.
  3. Approve calendar permissions and return to Nod.
  4. Schedule the call from the platform with the correct attendee and host.
  5. Check the event created in Google Calendar and open its Meet link when the meeting starts.
Google Meet uses the Google Calendar connection; the panel explains how the call receives its link.

Meet and Calendar share one connection

You do not need two separate accounts for the same host. Google Calendar authorization allows a call scheduled from Nod to include a Meet room. Check the host when creating the booking: connecting another person’s calendar does not create rooms in your account.

Open the call and check its link before the meeting. If it is missing, compare the Google Calendar event and the host’s personal connection. If the event exists but its time looks different, check the time zone used to view it. Do not share another call’s link as a workaround for a setup issue.

What to expect

The event includes a meeting link, and the attendee receives an invitation.

Troubleshooting

If the link is missing, check the host’s Google Calendar connection first.

You do not need another account connection for Meet: both features use the same Google authorization.
