Create a product and purchase options

Connect what you sell with its payment and delivery.

Before you start

You need Products access. Configure Stripe to publish payment links from Nod.

Step by step

  1. Open Products and create a product with its name, description, and type.
  2. Choose the programs it grants access to, or the appropriate downloadable files.
  3. Configure Stripe payment options: option name, amount, and billing frequency. Check every amount before publishing.
  4. Save the product and publish the options you will offer.
  5. Copy the payment link for the correct option. Review the associated delivery before sharing it.
New program: description, price, currency, recurrence, and access before creating the purchase option.
New product: choose Program for training access or Digital product for a downloadable file.
  1. Program grants training access.
  2. Digital product delivers a downloadable file.

Separate the offer from its payment options

A product defines the offer and delivery. Payment options define the Stripe purchase choices. Two payment options can unlock the same product; you do not need duplicate course content to offer different terms. Check each option’s amount and recurrence before sharing its link.

Use Grants access to to select the programs included with the product. With Commas or Whop, prices and checkout are managed in the provider; Nod needs to recognize the product to associate payment and delivery. If sales already exist, preserve their history: review withdrawal or archive options before trying to delete the product.

What to expect

Each published option has its own link, and the product remains linked to its delivery.

Troubleshooting

With Commas or Whop, prices and checkout are configured in that provider. Stripe options do not change those charges. Archive a product with sales instead of deleting its history.
