Connect a product to student access

Check which programs or files a buyer receives after purchase.

Before you start

Prepare the product and delivery content. Separately review the integration that records payments.

Step by step

  1. Open Products and select the product associated with checkout.
  2. Under Grants access to, select the programs included in the offer. Check their full names.
  3. For a digital product with files, review its attachments and open each one to verify it.
  4. Review the Stripe purchase option or the Commas or Whop product mapping.
  5. Save the configuration and inspect an existing purchase in Revenue.
  6. Open the associated client and check enrollment and published programs.
New product: choose Program for training access or Digital product for a downloadable file.
  1. Program grants training access.
  2. Digital product delivers a downloadable file.
New program: description, price, currency, recurrence, and access before creating the purchase option.

Do not solve missing access with another charge

Publishing a program does not enroll everyone. Creating a payment link does not automatically verify that delivery is mapped correctly. Check both before sharing the offer.

If a transaction already exists, keep its reference and fix the missing association. Do not charge again to try to regenerate access or duplicate a sale to make it appear in the portal.

What to expect

The product configuration defines delivery, and you can compare it with the buyer’s account.

Troubleshooting

If payment exists but a program is missing, check the recognized product, client email, enrollment, and program publication.

If the student sees onboarding, review pending steps before treating it as a payment issue.
