Find your way around Nod

Choose the right workspace for each part of your work.

Before you start

Sign in with your team account. The student portal has separate navigation and access.

Step by step

  1. Open Nod and sign in with your account email.
  2. Use the workspace switcher to move between the operations platform and Nod AI · Setter when your account has access.
  3. In operations, use Leads and Pipeline for opportunities, Products and Revenue for sales, and Customers and Learning for delivery.
  4. In Nod AI, open Inbox for conversations and AI Management for agent behavior.
  5. If a section is missing, ask your owner to review your role and business permissions.
Business settings: time zone, currency, and language are separate controls.
AI management: agent status and shortcuts to the playbook, simulator, and voice studio.

Choose the right workspace for the job

Operations brings together the customer journey: capture interest, manage opportunities, collect payments, and deliver your offer. Nod AI has separate screens for Instagram conversations. The assistant you consult inside Operations and the Setter that talks to prospects have different jobs; setting up one does not configure the other.

If you have just joined a team, start in My profile and check your details and personal connections. Then open your day-to-day work area. A shorter menu than the owner’s can be expected: it reflects your permissions, not missing account data. Ask an administrator to check your business and role before creating another account.

What to expect

You know where to manage each activity and can distinguish team access from student access.

Troubleshooting

An owner may see options that are unavailable to team members. You do not need every section to do your job.
