Create programs, modules, and lessons
Prepare the content your students will see.
Before you start
You need the appropriate Learning permissions. Prepare each lesson’s video URL and materials.
Step by step
- Open Learning and create or select a program.
- Organize content into modules and add lessons.
- Complete the lesson title, summary, and content. Add a video URL when needed.
- Attach supporting resources and verify that links open correctly.
- Review the program status and publish when ready.
- Assign the program in Customers or link it to the product that grants access.
Prepare content students can open
A program contains modules, and each module groups lessons. Use titles that make the learning path clear. Within a lesson, distinguish written content, video, and downloadable resources: a video link does not replace instructions or supporting files.
You add video through a URL; this screen does not upload the video file. The player supports YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, and Wistia links, plus direct HTTPS links to supported video files. Check that the provider allows playback. Publishing makes a program available for the portal, but students still need enrollment through Clients or purchase delivery.
What to expect
The program contains published content and has a defined access path.
Troubleshooting
Nod uses video URLs; the builder does not upload and host your videos. Publishing a program and enrolling a person are separate actions.
