Configure and review AI Autotags

Before you start

Prepare the tags you want to use. You need AI Autotags configuration access and an enabled business connection.

Step by step

1. Open Tags and click Configure AI Autotags.
2. Start with Suggestions under Operating mode so you can review results.
3. Click Add rule and choose an active tag.
4. Describe the criterion, a positive example, and a counterexample that should not receive the tag.
5. Save the configuration and check Recent decisions as new messages are processed.
6. Read the reasoning and evidence before applying or rejecting a suggestion. Consider Automatic only after reviewing results.

Tagging is not sending

AI Autotags adds tags; it should not be treated as payment or booking confirmation. Review the evidence before using a tag for a sales decision.

Follow-up rules using that tag retain their own conditions. Classification does not guarantee a send. If the signal is ambiguous, refine the criterion and add a useful counterexample before expanding automation.

What to expect

Rules have explicit criteria and their decisions can be reviewed in the same panel.

Troubleshooting

A suggestion can become outdated if the conversation or configuration changes; do not apply it as if it still described the same context.

If a manually removed tag does not return automatically, that correction is protected.
