Connect Commas
Import Commas payments and receive new ones automatically.
Before you start
You need access to Commas API keys. Commas was previously called FanBasis.
Step by step
- In Commas, open Settings → API Keys.
- Create a key with payment, customer, and webhook permissions.
- In Nod, open Integrations → Commas → Configure.
- Paste the key and select Connect. Nod verifies it and registers the webhook for you.
- Review imported payments in Revenue and their product associations.
- Manage prices and checkout in Commas; review each product’s delivery in Nod.
Prepare product matching
The key must belong to the Commas business receiving payments. Nod registers the automatic notification and imports history when connected. Review imported transactions before adding manual payments to avoid duplicates.
Commas manages its prices and checkout. In Nod, check that the recognized product is linked to the programs it delivers. Compare its identifier, name, and a known sale if something does not match. A valid connection does not fix incorrect delivery settings. When investigating a transaction, use its date and payment reference without sharing the integration key.
What to expect
Imported payment history and new payments can be reviewed in Revenue.
Troubleshooting
Do not create another manual webhook using instructions intended for a different integration.
If purchase details are missing, check the buyer, product, and connected account before recording a manual sale.
