How integrations work

Understand business connections and personal connections.

Before you start

You need Integrations access. Make sure you are signed in to the right provider account.

Step by step

  1. Open Integrations and find the service you want to use.
  2. Select Configure to review the permissions and data it shares.
  3. Complete the provider authorization, or enter the requested key only inside Nod.
  4. Check the connection status when you return, then review the destination: Calendar, Revenue, Meta Ads, or Nod AI.
  5. Google Calendar and Fathom belong to the individual team member. Each person should set up their connection under My profile → My connections.
Resend and Calendly integration cards with their Configure controls.

Business connections and personal connections

Payment, lead capture, and messaging integrations connect business tools. Google Calendar and Fathom also have a personal flow through My profile → My connections: the connected host or member matters. Before setup, identify which account and business should be linked.

Configure opens integration information; the switch can change its connection. Do not use it to inspect an account that already works. Authorization alone does not verify every workflow: check the result in Calendar, Revenue, or Nod AI, depending on the provider. If synchronization fails, preserve the current connection and capture the error before disconnecting.

What to expect

The connection belongs to the correct business or team member, and data appears in the appropriate section.

Troubleshooting

Connecting a service does not replace any subscription required by that provider. Never share keys or include them in screenshots.

For an existing connection, check the account and permissions before disconnecting it: other workflows may rely on it.
