Read the Dashboard and metrics

Check the scope of a number before comparing it.

Before you start

You need access to the relevant areas and records in your business.

Step by step

  1. Open Dashboard to review the overview, recent sales, and your agenda.
  2. If you have multiple Pipeline boards, check whether the view includes all boards or one.
  3. Open Metrics to review calls, rates, and revenue by product.
  4. Read each chart’s period and scope. Historical totals and monthly trends do not describe the same window.
  5. If a number differs from your expectation, review the source records in Revenue, Leads, or Calendar.
  6. Check the contact’s Pipeline association when filtering by board.

Compare figures with the same scope

A lifetime figure, monthly total, and daily trend answer different questions. Before comparing them, check the period, Pipeline, and member scope. Dashboard summarizes operations; source screens help verify the records behind each result.

If a total seems wrong, choose a specific record and find it in Revenue, Calendar, or Leads. Check its date, status, and board association. Do not “fix” a discrepancy by moving stages or adding sales without reviewing the source. A booked call and an attended call describe different moments in the process.

What to expect

You can identify the records and scope behind the information you are viewing.

Troubleshooting

A payment without an associated contact may be excluded when filtering by Pipeline.

Do not attribute all revenue to a campaign just because a spend figure appears nearby. Check each metric’s source and period.
